Best pizza far and wide. Very good service.
We ordered several pizzas here today, everything went well. Very friendly contact on the phone. Uncomplicated and fast delivery. The pizzas were all delicious. I would order something to eat here again at any time.
Super small snuggly pizzeria with original Italian owners and cozy music. Delicious stone oven pizza, especially Bresaola!
Nice, cozy Italian - specialty you can have all pizzas baked with spelled flour for a small amount, very tasty ?
In san Marco you can enjoy super good Italian cuisine. I've been there countless times and it's always absolutely delicious. I absolutely cannot understand negative reviews of the food, as the taste is just great.
Shared a pizza and a few beers here, we're travelling in a van and had just come from Italy a few weeks back. This was a high contender for best pizza we had eaten. The owner was also super friendly and chatty.
Delicious pizza straight from the stone oven, the salad is very generous and delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly.
The food was delicious. It also happened very quickly. The edge is crispy so not soft but some like it that way and others don't. I liked it very much. But what was an absolute cheek was when we said that we don't want to sit outside in the cold and in the rain, the boss just left without saying anything. Then at some point we were told: The next table that will be vacant is yours in 10-15 minutes. " Now we wait and think after 2 people leave the restaurant, ok now we can go in but the boss probably has different principles, he passed our table to another couple from the village who had not made a reservation, we were left behind, had to sit down outside, wait and the couple who just came got our table. If I hadn't been so hungry and so broken I would have left immediately. Nevertheless the food was great The 3 stars are just for the food.
Got a table and something to eat late at night. We sat in the somewhat unadorned beer garden at a table with a plastic tablecloth near the emergency exit of the local supermarket. But the food was very tasty.
Everything is very delicious, the waiters are very kind and served quickly.
Friendly service - but the food! The mozzarella cheese, which is used on all pasta and pizza, tastes incredibly bland. Rigatoni al forno is like spaghetti Bolognese with mozzarella without ham or peas. The pizza base is thin and tough. Cheers to a Dr. Oetker pizza.
We were here for a short time on vacation for the 2 (girls) and were warmly welcomed in the pizzeria by Giovanni and his lovely team - accommodated with locals and well served. We recommend eating pasta here and there is even Augustiener service, which is definitely friendly and very open-minded. The shop caught our eye because it was super full every evening! A great "grace" to Giovanni, Mario, Quido, Davis and Vito - who definitely made our vacation a special one. We'll definitely be back!
Take-away pizza wasn't worth the money and wasn't cut. And the waiter just kept the change without me offering it. Not like that!
I ordered 2 pizzas to take away, unfortunately without knowing the menu. Ham, salami, mushrooms and onions. Nothing special. Had to pay a surcharge of 4.40 €. The pizza tasted good, but not very well filled. Those who like to eat rand should order them?. When asked about the price, Giovanni was very angry.
My husband ordered a pizza quartto station and gets a pizza quartto formation. This is said and the waiter takes the pizza back and less than 2 minutes later my husband gets the same pizza back just a little pimped with 2 slices of cooked ham, 3 pieces of artichoke and the rest covered in pepperoni so you don't see it's the wrong one pizza. Worthless, not to eat. And the price was not changed, we just had to pay for everything. So tourists and own people absolutely not recommended.
Absolute insider tip. We have rarely eaten and drunk so well in Italian. Giovanni is in a class of its own. Mega funny and nice person. His team is competent, friendly and simply pleasant. The kitchen is of star quality. Who was not here definitely missed something.
Corona rules are only half-heartedly followed, the boss drills in the nose and then carries out the plates with the food, the staff and the owner wear the masks half-heartedly, our data was not recorded, even though we were there for over 1 hour. Now for the food, pizza and salad tasted good, the beer garden is a loveless place on the street corner behind a supermarket.
Spirited Italian, in the middle of the village. Outside area available. Delicious food, good service.
Super delicious food! Nice and fun staff. We were eating there every day during our vacation! Great selection and we never had to wait long. Reservation recommended as always well attended.
Clearly not fond of Americans.. pizza was okay.
Let me start with the positive: the staff are very friendly. The food is quite ok, only products are used that a self-respecting Italian would never put on a pizza, for example: roquefort instead of gorgonzola, fake feta, black colored olives (which is different from black olives), etc. all clear: each of those products was also announced in the menu with their more chic version, while in real life you get the inferior products. Unfortunately.
Ordered the Tiramisu came in a broken cup with glass in the actual dessert. Our waiter appeared to be super busy and a little stressed, working as a waiter before I knew the feeling, so I let it slide. My wife asked for a to go box and the waiter tossed a roll of aluminum foil at us and walked away. Mind you we had left over pizza, from a pizzeria. The pizza was good, but we felt like a huge inconvenience to the staff while we were there, and then to have a roll of aluminum foil plopped on our table in passing was down right rude.
no Google. too salty. bad service. not handsome for service people.
On a wintery Sunday night this was definitely a locals spot. Small, cozy, and accommodating to English speakers. And yes, the food was delicious.
Travelling alone so always difficult to find a place to eat where I feel comfortable, but Giovanni’s was perfect! Amazing vegetable soup, creamy with Parmesan and ciabatta with rosemary and olive oil was stunning. Opted then for the saltimbocca...tender and tasty. Giovanni made me my fave desert of affogatto even though not on the menu. Finished off with a complementary limoncello. Can not fault the food and the service was exemplary. Grazie Giovanni!
The pizza there was amazing and they serve big portions.
Cozy and friendly atmosphere. Pizza has fresh tomato sauce and the ensalata misto was refreshing. Enjoyed the lemon soda as well!

This restaurant opens even after a few hours around here. The owner is Italian, but the pizza taste was not Italian .. ㅡ ㅡ But pizza is delicious .. I was hungry. The beer is delicious. Italian restaurant, but beer is from Germany. I was hoping to get 3 points, so I added one more.
The best pizza this side of Florence and Naples. Food, atmosphere, and overall experience are top notch. Recommend starting with the Prosciutto and mozzarella. Save room for dessert- the panna cotta will, legit, blow your mind!
Amazing to find authentic Italian pizza in the countryside of Germany. Definitely seemed like a hotspot for locals and you may get a laugh if you don’t speak Italian or German but the pizza was absolutely delicious!
So bad food! And so dry!
Loved the Carbonara
Delicious food and good service
Lovely place!
Good service. Good food.
Great food and service!! A very welcoming and a warm place to eat and drink. Try the seafood antipasti ?? Thanks to everyone and Giovanni for the good time we had.
Brings the taste of Italy to Germany
Very cozy, authentic restaurant. Their kitchen stays open later than any other restaurant in Schwangau, which is very helpful if your plans get delayed like ours did. I had the tomato salad, which was delightful. I don't recall the name of my husband's pizza but he very much enjoyed it.
Best Pizza in Germany
Delicious food, great service, cute interior
Great place, delicious food!!! And Giovanni, the owner, is the best host ever!! Totally recommend it!!
Delicious pizza!
Nice service, late open.
Great service with excellent food. Arrived fairly late on a Monday evening, when everywhere else was closed on Ruhetag. But was far from disappointed. In fact was impressed. Was good value, and good quality. Can't fault anything.
Salad was fresh and yummy.
Lovely food in an intimate setting. Well priced.
The place was small but cozy and pleasant. Our waiter was very polite and food was absolutely great. I would just mention that the bathroom could have been in better mantainance, there was no soap or paper towels around. Other than that, I had a great experience. Prices were reasonable.
We had a similar unfriendly experience. We sat at the bar. We are English speaking and we're provided an English menu (which we appreciated but did not ask for). Subsequently their was laughter and the word "English" repeated over and over again with more laughter. The man sitting to our right (granted a customer) actually moved a seat further away from us. The food was delicious but the experience was unpleasant. I would not recommend this place; not hospitable in a place that thrives on tourism.
The pizza was nice and the staff friendly. It is in a great location on the main road
